6-month program

Over the course of six months, we will meet bi-monthly and dive into your current health habits. We will address what’s working, what’s not working, and create a personalized health plan for you. By the end of this program, you will walk away a new person with a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.

3-month program

This program is perfect for anyone who has a basic understanding of nutrition and health but is looking to step into their highest self. In this three month program, we will meet bi-monthly and I will give you tips and tricks for elevating your lifestyle through behavioral changes. You’ll leave with the confidence and ability to maintain these changes for years to come.

SINGLE ONE-HOUR SESSION

The single 1-hour session is ideal for anyone who doesn’t want to commit to a 3 or 6-month program but still wants the support and experience of working with a Certified Health Coach. We will brainstorm how to optimize your existing health and wellness routines so you feel your absolute best.

  • These programs will teach you how to break negative patterns that hold you back. You’ll create healthy habits that lighten your outlook on life, and yourself.
